FORWARD DEPLOYED ENGINEERING.

Who's running this.

When sponsorship meets ambition. Meet the leaders who signed up before you do. You’d work directly with both.

Kishore Jayaram

KISHORE JAYARAM

CHIEF TRANSFORMATION OFFICER

Twenty-plus years across McKinsey, Cisco, Accenture and Thoughtworks; most recently shaping the AI transformation agenda at NCS Australia. His mandate is the one this division lives inside: turning twenty-five years of trusted managed services into a growth-oriented, AI-enabled services organisation — sovereign, differentiated, and built on the trust already earned.

In his words: “Few organisations reach a moment where they can fundamentally reshape their trajectory. Kinetic IT is in one such moment.”

HEAD OF AI ENGINEERING & PLATFORMS

Nearly thirty years in product engineering with a founder-builder trail of 0→1 products; most recently eighteen months all-in on agentic engineering, building, researching and scaling it to enterprise capability. His mandate here is what the division is built on: the operating model, the platform, and the ontology.

In his words: “Done right, Kinetic IT’s twenty-five years of earned trust becomes frontier capability: the operations that run Australia measurably better, one workflow at a time; the engineers who build it growing fast; and sovereign AI IP that stays and compounds here.”

And around them, the rest of Kinetic IT: commercial, change management, strategy, the account teams who’ve held these relationships for years. A problem worth solving, real top cover, and a platform that compounds. You own your account’s outcome — empowered to run it your way, with the whole org pulling the same direction. The support is real; you’re never on your own.

What we commit to.

The model only works inside a culture that can hold it. Five commitments from leadership — and you can hold us to every one.

  1. A LEARNING ORG, OR NOTHING

The division exists to turn what you learn in the field into capability the next deployment inherits. Wins get generalised; mistakes get written down and shared — so no lesson is paid for twice.

  2. ADVENTUROUS CLAIMS, BACKED UP

We take on outcomes just past what the platform can do today, then build to close the gap — repeatedly. The ambition is deliberate; the discipline is backing it up. We make adventurous claims, and we deliver them.

  3. EMPOWERED, AND HELD TOGETHER

Four FDEs running at full speed will pull in different directions — that’s the cost of real autonomy. Holding one shared platform across four customer realities is leadership’s standing job, every week. No process automates it; it takes committed leadership time, and you’ll have it.

  4. PAIN TRANSLATED UP, NOT DOWN

A hard week at the account turns into product improvements and better top cover — not pressure pushed onto the crew. We hire for that translation, and we run the division on it, so this stays a place people want to be.

  5. THE WHOLE ORG, BEHIND YOU

Forward deployed isn’t a side project bolted onto a services company. Legal that runs alongside the build, sales that won’t sell what we can’t build, real top cover when you take the right risk for the customer. Stronger together — and that’s ours to enforce.
