Whatever best proves you can build: GitHub, a product, a demo, a deployment story.

The story of an outcome you shipped against the odds. No spec, sceptical stakeholders, missing infrastructure, hostile timeline — and it worked anyway. What was the resistance, what did you build, what changed for the people who used it, and what did it cost you. Half a page. Specifics over polish. If nothing comes to mind, this isn’t your job yet — and that’s genuinely fine.

We’re looking for mavericks with urgency: people who walk into an operation, see that the way it works is insufficient, and can’t rest until working software proves it — in days, on-site, with the customer watching. People who absorb pain and convert it into product. People with something to prove, who could have started a company, and probably will, later. Our job is to make this the best possible place for that person to spend the next three years.
